    How does a partnership with Unigreen start?

    Simple. Complete the interest form or call us. A member of our team will contact you to learn about your business, your needs and how we can be useful. There is no pressure and no “binding starter pack”. If we agree there is common ground, we activate your access to the B2B system and we begin.

    Is there a minimum order quantity or mandatory stock?

    No. We do not impose an MOQ. We build partnerships based on real market conditions. If you are on an island, have seasonal traffic or limited space, we factor that in. You can start with a small set of SKUs and grow at a pace that suits both sides.

    How can I see prices and product availability?

    Once your account is active, you can log in to Unigreen’s online B2B system to view:

    • B2B pricing (with price lists per brand or category)
    • Real-time availability
    • Order history, reorders and offers
    • Suggested sets or smart merchandising combos
    Do you provide photos, descriptions and social assets?

    Yes, and in an organised way. Each partner has access to a dedicated space with:

    • High-resolution photos (ready-to-use for e-shops)
    • Product descriptions ready to upload
    • Technical specs and comparisons
    • Complete marketing materials
    • Plus, support for anything you need during upload.
    Is there technical support after purchase?

    Absolutely. Unigreen does not stop at invoicing. If a product needs service, a spare part, adjustment or clarification, we are available by phone and e-mail, with a technical team that knows the equipment from the inside, not just in theory. For diving equipment (e.g., XDIVE), support is a key advantage: we hold spare-parts stock and provide PDF guides.

    Do you offer white-label or product exclusivity?

    Yes, in specific cases. If you have a network, a physical shop or an organised channel and want to develop a line under your own branding, or secure exclusivity on selected SKUs, we can discuss it seriously. The same applies to private-label packages (especially in diving, outdoor apparel and kayak accessories), subject to availability.
